It's about the people, the work, and the culture
Palantir.net employs a wide variety of curious, independent thinkers with exceptional passion, initiative, and talent. Everyone here plays an important and impactful role both in the business of managing, building, designing and doing good stuff on the Web, not to mention how we function as a company.
Take a look at our open positions and apply, with a cover letter and resume. No positions open at the moment? Not to worry; apply here and lets us know what role you're looking for, and attach a resume and cover letter to support it.
If you like what you see and we feel the same way, we’ll get in touch (within 1 week) and set up a time to chat. The interview process includes three rounds; some via a phone call or Google Hangout depending on your locale, others in person. Once we get to know each other, we’ll discuss internally and contemplate our work-life relationship with you, and you’ll likely do the same.
If things click the way we hope, we’ll send along some information outlining our offer, and you’ll say yay or nay. If nay, we’ll high five, wish each other well, and hope to keep in touch. If yay, then thank you so much for reaching out, and we'll see you soon.
